We want all pet owners to know that we prioritise patience and comfort above all else. For nervous pets, we have treats, toys, and a dedicated play area complete with a ball pit. This allows them to safely have a break and relax, ensuring a positive and calm grooming session. Our goal is to make every dog and cat, especially those who are a bit nervous or have special needs, feel safe and happy during their time with us.

Accessible care for every pet

We go the extra mile to look after pets with specific challenges, such as those who are anxious, elderly, or have disabilities. Our facility is equipped with accessible equipment, including electric grooming tables that lower fully to the floor and ramps leading to the bath. This ensures that every pet can be handled safely, comfortably, and with as little stress as possible, making their grooming experience as positive as it can be.

Building trust with one-to-one attention

Our commitment to one-to-one grooming sessions allows us to build trust with every pet. This personalised approach ensures we can provide additional support when needed, tailoring the experience to their individual personality and comfort levels. From deaf cats to pets with physical disabilities, we adapt our methods to ensure a calm and secure environment.

Our two dogs love going to Ruby! They always come back super clean and smelling great.

She is also the ONLY person that they will let cut their nails - for years we’ve had issues, even vets being unable to do it.. But Ruby, no problem! She is the Pug whisperer!
