"I cannot praise Ruby enough for the care and attention she gave my very stressed Maine Coon. Having had a very unpleasant trip to a different groomer the week before, my poor boy got diagnosed with stress induced cystitis, leaving him desperately in need of a bath but I was completely stuck where to take him as I didn’t want him getting stressed again and making a bad situation worse. Ruby fitted him in at very late notice and was incredible. She even took photos and videos of the whole thing and Tormund was so relaxed at one point that he even fell asleep!! He’s been back to his normal, mischievous self and looks magnificent. Brilliant job and we will definitely be back ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
