The grooming session begins

Following a relaxing start, we move into the pre-grooming stage. This involves gentle brushing and, if necessary, careful clipping for matted coats to ensure the bathing process is as comfortable as possible and that the shampoo reaches the skin. Your pet is then lovingly bathed and thoroughly dried before the styling begins. We understand that some pets may need a moment to relax, which is why we offer a break in our secure play area, complete with a ball pit and toy box. This mindful approach ensures a stress-free and positive experience for all pets.

Finishing touches and updates

Once styled to perfection, your pet receives a delightful spritz of pet cologne and a charming accessory to complete their fresh look. We capture their transformation with final photos, and the entire grooming process is meticulously videoed. We also keep you, the owner, fully updated throughout the appointment. Before the session, we confirm what type of updates you prefer and when you'd like to receive them, providing regular progress reports and even filming parts of your pet’s grooming experience for your reassurance and transparency. This means you’re always connected to your pet’s journey with us.
